May 9 ~ Zion National Park

On the way down from a hike called Angel's Landing, the canyon opened up before us.

On  the right is the trail that we had hiked up, and the Virgin River on the canyon floor.

The final .3 mile of the hike was along a ridge, with embedded chains for support.

We didn't do that part!
