Tanya and I are looking after four kids, so a day at Meech Lake beach is on order!

A reunion paddle at Cascades, to mark the tenth anniversary of the team.

I haven't paddled for three years, and it reminded me how much I miss it -

the camaraderie, the beauty of the river, the hard work and the friends!

My spirit is eager to paddle again, but my body says No!

We think that the sparkles on the leaves are flakes of mica, mined long ago in the area.

This was the second annual Paddle at La Peche Day!
We were treated to amazing weather and tremendous fun!

With the rain holding off, Aaron and his buddy Jake, (alias Spidermen) were excitedly waiting to run the 1.5 km race in Kanata.
