My friends, Andrea and Judy, are taking their dogs for a 'skate?' on the ice.
How lucky we are to live in a place with incredible recreation opportunities so close!

January 1 ~ My turn!
Although we didn't have blue sky, Nancy and I did have a great skate on fantastic ice at Meech Lake, to start the New Year!

December 31 ~ Meech Lake Skating
Last day of the year and a picture of Meech Lake - usually posted in the summer!
But for a few rare days every few years, the ice forms for skating.
In the sunshine, it looks like a postcard!
