March 14 ~ Down Cycling Memory Lane - 2001!

For many years, a group of keen cyclist trained for, and participated in theRideau Lakes Bike tour, 180 km to Kingston, and back, on a weekend in June.

A big part of the fun was training for the event, and stopping for coffee. Here we are in Manotick, and the Millers Oven.

Dr. Dervin checked my knee today and was pleased that the wound was finally not bleeding. It's all good from here: start Physio exercises, keep cold compresses, wait for healing!
