March 29: Dull Ottawa Day

On a really dull Ottawa day, the only colour that I could find was these tiny, exquisite snowdrops, nestled among last year's fallen leaves.

Their colour is stark, in the very dull earthy environment.

I like the way one leaf curls into the photo.
